If you want to delete your Ustaad Bulao account and associated personal data, you can request deletion using the method below.

How to request account deletion

Include the following details:

• Registered email address used in the app
• Full name
• Phone number (if added in app)
• User role (Consumer or Seller)

Verification process

For security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing deletion.

What data will be deleted

After successful verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:

• Profile information (name, profile image, contact details provided in app)
• Booking-related personal records tied to your account
• Chat/conversation data associated with your account where deletion is technically and legally feasible
• Notification records linked to your account
• Seller/consumer profile records associated with your account

What may be retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required for:

• Legal, regulatory, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution obligations
• Security, abuse prevention, and enforcement of platform policies
• System backup logs (automatically purged according to retention cycles)

Retained data is restricted and not used for marketing purposes.

Processing timeline

We generally process valid deletion requests within 7 to 30 days.

Request partial data deletion (optional)

If you want specific data removed without deleting your full account, mention this in your email. We will review and respond based on technical and legal feasibility.
